Play your part in our team succeeding!

The Creative Play Lab (CPL) invents the future of play and delivers the future of play as proven businesses ready to scale. To do so, it is essential that within the CPL we identify opportunities that are desirable and viable to the business by understanding audience needs, formulate propositions to meet those needs, ensure the propositions are communicable, and solve go-to-market challenges. No proven path exists; through astute observation and evidence gathering, experimentation and rapid iteration, we build proven business cases that support global rollout of our new products.

The Commercial Center of Excellence team within CPL strives to elevate the commercial capability of the organization through driving innovation and rigour around how we measure, capture and track value of our initiatives, helping set the commercial strategy for our innovations, and advocating for radical innovation in business modelling.
